  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale items

6. Exchanges:
